One of the biggest worries of running a web site is managing the technology that it runs on.   What we provide at an extremely reasonable price is worry-free support of your web site environment including:

• Hosting of your web site on state-of-the-art web servers.   I am not running the web sites out of my house.   We are using a professional web hosting company.
• Managing software updates.    There is constant change in the software area.    Security fixes are published all the time as well as new software releases that provide additional features and performance.    This year alone there have been over 5 upgrades to the web server software that we have had to implement.
• Daily database backups.   All of your content is stored in a database to provide a lot of features and flexibility.   But what happens if there is an issue with your database?   It happens.    It may be even the fact that you've made some changes and really do not like the outcome and would just like to 'go back' to what the site looked like before you started.    We back up all customer databases nightly and can restore your web site from a back up at your request.
• Domain name registration and management.    We work with you to insure that your domain works correctly with your web site.   If you do not have one we can help you acquire one.
• Various support requests.    If you have a support request that is small and not extremely time sensitive than our policy is to do it without any charge.    We have a full time job outside of this but are on the computer most of the day and do receive email from all of my accounts.    We are in a position where I can take a moment to try and help you out.

Any issue that is caused because of the software or hosting company we will, of course, provide all support without cost. 

For more involved support requests such as new features or something that will take some time to work on we charge a consulting fee of what it will take to accomplish your request.
